Can each channel use HEVC or H.264?
Yes. Codec is selectable per channel, so you can run efficient HEVC where bandwidth matters and universal H.264 where compatibility matters.
Do I need capture cards or a PC?
No. The VeCODER is standalone hardware with a built-in streaming server — connect SDI and ethernet and all four channels stream directly.
How do viewers watch?
Via IP set-top boxes, smart-TV apps, VLC, or our VePLAYER decoders. Multicast serves unlimited in-house devices; SRT delivers reliably to remote sites.
Can I return IP back to SDI?
Yes — pair with the VePLAYER SDI decoder to decode IP streams back to 3G-HD-SDI embedded for monitors and routers.
Can I distribute over coax?
Yes — pair with the INFINIUM 4K headend to deliver the channels over existing coax as digital TV channels.
