Do you need true 4K over coax?

What makes the MINIMOD 4K different?

It is the only modulator that creates a real 4K UHD channel over coax rather than downscaling to HD. If your displays are 4K or 8K and the content deserves it — signage, showrooms, luxury AV — this preserves the full picture end to end.

Do all my TVs need to be 4K?

To watch the 4K channel, the receiving TV must be 4K or 8K. HD TVs will still tune in and display the HD version, so a mixed fleet works fine.
